How to change PDF Invoice Logo and Shipment Logo in Magento 2


By default, Magento 2 sets the Invoice template with its own logo. E-commerce business’ invoice, however, should contain its own logo to raise the brand awareness. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the default logo in the Invoice template. The replaced logo must satisfy the requirement for sales documents’ logo standard of high resolution and scale. It must be rendered to fit the space of 200×50 pixels. If you keep the appropriate ratio between logo’s height and width, it will appear perfect even in case of distorted thumbnails.

This tutorial will guide you how to change PDF Invoice Logo and Shipment Logo in Magento 2 for your sales documents.

Step 1. Login to the backend of your Magento 2 store.

Step 2. From the Admin sidebar, navigate to Stores > Settings > Configuration > Sales > Sales.

Step 3. Explore the section of Invoice and Packing Slip Design:

  • Click Choose File button to upload Logo for PDF Print-outs and Logo for HTML Print View. Select the images and click Open to insert.
  • Enter your Address to display on the invoices and packaging slips.
  • Click Save Config. to complete.

Step 4. In order to replace the images selected, click Choose File button and select other logo image file:

Remember to mark in the Delete Image checkbox next to the image that you want to replace.

Click Save Config. to finish.
