Up-sell Products are the items suggested based on the feature of the currently picked one. However, these items are considered to be more favorite and help customers gain more benefits. They are usually displayed after the message ” You may also be interested in the following products”.
Cross-sell products, similar to the up-sell products, are items suggested based on the features of currently chosen ones. However, they lead customers to other categories of the products. They can be displayed in the shopping cart as the suggestion before the check-out.

1. Add Related Products
In the Product Management table, click on the Edit link.
Under Advanced Settings, explore the Related Products tab.
Click Reset Filter to see the list of products or Search in the Search box.
Choose the products from the list to determine the related one.
Click Save to finish.
2. Add Up-Sell Products
In the Product Management table, click on the Edit link.
Under Advanced Settings, explore the Up-sell tab.
Click Reset Filter to see the list of products or Search in the Search box.
Choose the products from the list to determine the up-sell one.
Click Save to finish.
3. Add Cross-sell Products
In the Product Management table, click on the Edit link.
Under Advanced Settings, explore the Cross-sell tab.
Click Reset Filter to see the list of products or Search in the Search box.
Choose the products from the list to determine the cross-sell one.
Click Save to finish.
